You have worked me on some Ham bands, and you would like to have a confirming QSL card from CN8? OK! but, given the large amout of cards i am currently receiving, a SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) is necessary. For example, I recently recieved 206 Cards at once from Germany in one big enveloppe sent by the DRAC bureau!!

Without some means for returning your card, it will come back via the bureau. but it will come back for sure (100%)

Please, note that, for one IRC, Post office here gives 0.75 US$ in postal stamps, which turns out to be the MIMIMUM air mail rate. So IRC is only sufficient for some nearby european countries.
Here in Morocco, we have different air mail rates for various parts of the world. For mail to some other countries, this rate exceeds the amount for the MINIMUM air mail rate.
To put it simple a ONE Green Stamp is always better than ONE IRC. Moerover, for Asian country like Japan and far east, the rate exceeds sometime slightly the amount of one US $.
As a matter of humor, for one IRC, Post office here gives 0.75 US$ in stamps, BUT if I have to buy an IRC from this same Post office, I should pay it 2.3 US$ !!

As of July 2006, the Morrocon post office published new air mail rates:

Europe: 1 US $
American continent: 1,7 US $
Asia: ~ 2 US $
Arab contries ( except north african countries) : 1,7 US $
